We carefully pack every Beerakuda and ship it for free. We will let you know when your item ships and provide tracking information for your convenience.
We want you to be happy with your Beeracuda.com purchase and will consider any request for refunds for the following reasons: Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive delivery of your product. We will require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item. We will provide you with tracking information when the item ships; Irreparable damage during shipping: If your product is severely damaged in transit, you must contact Beerakuda.com within 7 days of delivery and provide a detailed description and clear photograph of the damage. Prior to issuing a refund, we will access the damage and if possible do one of the following: 1) send you parts for the product if can be easily repaired by the purchaser or 2) ask that the product be shipped back to Beerakuda for repairs. If the product is not repairable, we will issue a full refund; Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. We do our best to represent our products accurately on the website and encourage you to look closely at the detail images provided on the product pages. All Beerakuda.com folk art pieces have imperfections and even mistakes – that's part of the charm of the artwork. Please be aware that there are some sharp edges, pointy metal pieces, wires, tacks and nails that can cause injury if not handled with a reasonable amount of care.
